Terry is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association as well as the International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners. Her education in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Myofascial massage is complimented by additional training in Medical and Sports Massage. Terry has now added certification in Resistance Stretching and Strength Training giving clients the ability to gain greater flexibility.

Terry has worked with professional athletes and has worked on athletes at the Senior National Swimming Championship in 2006 and 2007 as well as the Olympic Trials for Swimming in 2008. CranioSacral Therapy training has been another added benefit that Terry uses when working with her clients. This therapy works with the cerebral spinal fluid, bones of the head and sacrum to help keep the fluid moving in its rhythmic pattern. This therapy involves a very gentle touch (about the weight of a nickel) but is extremely effective. Terry has the ability to infuse her skillful ways of treating with valuable intuition and a warm, positive energy. Your experience can be relaxing and effective at the same time.
